Vendors! Registration for the 2024 Convention and Trade Show is almost open. Book now to secure your space at the show. We look forward to welcoming all to the 2024 show in Denver!

Companies such as your own are central to the show since outfitters reserve this opportunity to purchase equipment, services, and merchandise. Booth space always sells out, so complete the Vendor Registration Form below to register today! We will periodically update this page with more information in the coming weeks as we prepare for the show. We hope to see you in Denver!

Please note that in the Floor Plan below, the main entrance is to the right of the Registration Area.

Please read the following details and then scroll down to the registration form below this information.

  • Your booth fee includes two lunches for two reps and pre-banquet festivities. Lunches for additional reps beyond two are $40 per rep per lunch.
  • Each booth comes with one skirted 8’ table and two chairs. If you have more than 1 booth and DO NOT want one table for each, please email us to let us know.
  • If you stay at the Hyatt during the tradeshow, CROA will be providing 110v electricity for your booth in the vendor area at no charge, if booked by 9/4/24. An up charge will be required if booking later than that date, or for special power needs. Please indicate using the Add-On form below if you will need electricity at your booth. Bookings made after 9/4/24 will incur the fees listed above.
  • CROA will provide general wireless internet for the duration of the tradeshow. If you need wired internet, select it from the Add-On list below.
  • You can add additional tables and chairs at the rates in the table below. Table cloths and skirting for extra tables can be added ala carte.
  • We encourage all vendors to sign up for the Tuesday Night Social Event and Wednesday Banquet to experience valuable networking time with outfitters.
  • Book your rooms at the Hyatt Regency Aurora- Denver Convention Center by clicking here. The CROA convention has a special room rate of $155 per night (single, double).

REFUND POLICY – CROA’s refund policy states that convention registration fees are non-refundable within 30 days of convention. Prior to that date, adjustments and refunds can be made by calling 720-260-4135.
